Bright. Bold. Incredibly Awkward. “When Chameleons Roller Skate” is a playful mural featuring a children’s book character that is in the middle of a story. Allowing anyone who passes it to imagine the rest of the story, before and after, for themselves.

Charley Frances was commissioned by the Downtown Norfolk Council to design and complete this 45 ft. x 15 ft. mural in the NEON Arts district of Norfolk, VA.
